Here they are:

Avocado Chocolate Mousse Magic

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Peel and pit the avocados, then blend them in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until well combined and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Spoon the chocolate mousse into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Top with fresh berries or chopped nuts before serving.

Protein-Packed Berry Sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine mixed berries, Greek yogurt, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals.
  4. Once fully frozen, scoop the sorbet into bowls and enjoy!

Banana Oat Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional add-ins: dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond butter or peanut butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
